Liz and Scott Riddle did not plan to deliver their daughter Claire at home.
But the afternoon of Dec. 12 was full of surprises, and with the help of Rebecca Bernal, a Westminster Police and Fire dispatcher, Claire arrived in her father's hands.

We are so thankful for all the emergency responders – especially the Westminster PD and Westminster Fire Department – who train tirelessly and help selflessly, who keep a calm head when the unexpected happens and do everything they can to make bad situations better.
